      Pros

      Work culture is good. Crowd is good. Multiple events are hosted by team leads. Team member are very humble and kind. They are ready to help you.

      Cons

      Management is very baad. Nobody listens to you, you have to do on your own. If somebody gets stuck in between the project or there is a domain issue, the management takes a very long time to resolve it
