Pros
There are not any pros except for the benefits. Pay is very low.
Cons
They expect you to pass a test with a 90% score and when I went over the test with one of the trainers, they have selective grading. Team leads don't like to answer questions from new employees. They are arrogant and condescending and expect you to know everything in the first 2 weeks. Micromanagement is at its highest here and they make you feel like you are walking on eggshells. Also, you only get 5 minutes a day for bathroom breaks and you have to punch it in your phone and once again when you return. They're not realistic at this company treating employees like robots. They work you hard for very little pay. New employees are treated poorly and when you send your team lead a question through instant messaging or emails, he doesn't respond. They just don't care.
