      They are a solvent company.

      Cons

      They grow by acquisition, but are not well suited to integrating new employees - poor communications, lackluster support infrastructure, complex processes to get anything done. Their reputation in the market is not good - low price point and the client gets what they pay for - too many war stories to share.
