Pros
Learning experience is huge. You get to work on lots of newer technologies and platforms. Most projects have lots of R&D scopes. Company is very employee friendly when it comes to timings, dress code and many other policies.
Cons
Salary, increments and promotions are way below industrial standard. Senior management has lots of non-technical managers, who adds no value to the company but sit idle in their seats for years, earning huge salaries and clogging up the promotions of junior managers.
