Pros
Usually easy to get started with. Lots of entry level work if you're okay with very low pay. They have very competitive insurance benefits
Cons
Barely any upward mobility with most of their clients. Their team is slow to respond and often times defaults to "passing the buck" Starting pay rates tend to have little to do with local market rates Unionization is not outwardly discouraged but will incur penalties if attempted Management layer is not locally based, making communication that much slower
