Pros
Very Good company Where I start my profession, Where I learnt more, Where I fine tuned my self, Where I found myself in proud. Providing very good trainings. Policies were good like Value Add, Employee First.
Cons
Salary structure should be revised, increment in the appraisal is very low and the employer, paying better for the laterals rather than the employees who is working for long time in HCL.
