Pros
you are lucky you will get really good project. You might get to work with more technical clients from Cognizant. Lot of learning opportunities are there and high scope for personal growth. One can learn many things in quick time Compensation is decent in industry, laterals get good hike but eventually that get normalized in next few years.
Cons
Work like balance is all depends upon what kind of project one in. But company has variety of project and mostly flexible working hours are there. Unlike other service biggies cognizant does not track 8 hours a day. Get really good incentives/performance bonus compared to other companies
