      Good work life balance Few projects having very good onsite opportunities

      Cons

      Hike percentage will be in single digits always So much of politics, especially those who are in onsite Nothing to explore much as they are dealing with very legacy applications Not a good company to start the carrer as you will not gain that good project eposure Few senior managers attitude is not that good with average people
