Pros
1. Good environment to learn. 2. Supportive senior members (till they don't find you as a competition for them) 3. Direct client interaction 4. Onsite opportunities. 5. Time to time employee re creation activities.
Cons
1. Very Low salary hike in some of the projects (at least in my project). 2. Very opaque policies, who constantly try to prove that they are transparent. 3. Full of politics (you're safe till the higher level colleagues don't find you as a competition for them). 4. Very strange reasons for bad appraisals. 5. Appraisal is never dependent on your performance and contribution to team. 6. HR are really very slow. Even to receive your own money you need to wait for minimum 1 month.
