      - Onsite opportunities - Abundant Opportunity of Front Ending with cutomer - Sky is limit for learning and exposure - Has Many accounts so switching to another account is relatively easier

      Cons

      - Very high politics - Bootlickers are winners - Too many fancy designations and bands - No Criteria for promotions. Anyone gets promoted, sometimes twice in a year - People who dont work/perform poorly get rewarded - Hardworkers/good performers often get overloaded with work
