1. You can have good in hand pay as uptil E2 band there is no annual variable 2. The growth and all development depends on your Manager, so if your manager is good you will survive good.
Cons
Countless 1. Only 18 leaves annually (which includes sick and casual leave) 2. 3 months notice period 3. Everything depends on your Manager, forget the role of HR. 4. Appraisals are also depended on favouritism. I have seen people getting 0 Rs appraisal.
