      new hire people can enjoy this place. good benefits. we can do our stuff when we got time. you can pick and choose timing you come in.

      Cons

      Not an organized company. Hcl America websites are not good. third class outlook facility which is 1925 A.D we don't know what's going on in the company. no career growth. any time we can expect layoff when there is no work.
