Extreme Low Ball Offer, no functional HR department - Data Center Technician HCLTech Employee Review

Extreme lowball offers (less than 17/hr), no functional HR department. Trying to get employment verification for a loan or apartment lease? Good luck. Just about everyone that works "for" HCL is coming in from a subcontactor and being contracted out to larger companies. HCL claims to have servers switches and routers, but I've never been to their site, only to the contractor sites. A middleman with minimal liability. Other contractors are reporting to me missing paychecks (sometimes as much as four months worth).
