Pros
Good projects and onsite opportunities. Can be a great name on ur resume. Stable and good for retirement. Opportunities to learn. Can move easily between them if you have the skills to butter your HR vertical (believe me, its an art which most of HCL employees has).
Cons
Butter Butter Butter....is all u need for HR and Managers. People working hard are treated badly where those who dont work become managers, because Managers in HCL dont work....they roam around, or probably go shopping or GOSSIPing all around. Highly incompetent managers(middle level) Higher management is aware of all of the politics....but they like to go with the flow.
