      Pros

      The salary was slightly above the average of the city back then. Fully remote Manageable workload based on which Xerox client you were assigned. Quarterly bonuses, team target was always reached.

      Cons

      Chaotic/lacking knowledge base and internal trainings. Very team changes as many people were joining and leaving. Hard to be promoted or gain more knowledge on the Xerox Project.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
