      Pros

      HCL America is a global organization with tremendous presence in the technology arena and is a very good employer. Company benefits are very good and the salary is average. HCL fosters a very positive culture with vast opportunities to present your own ideas for improvement.

      Cons

      The only con I have at this time is the lack of management interaction due to remote client locations.
