Pros
- Vendor Certifications are a plus.
Cons
- Poor HR everything relevant to our roles has always been out of their scope. - HR loves to take things personal and create a fuzz out of it and doesn't even listen to things from an employee perspective. - Some managers expect you to be there at work no matter how critical your personal circumstances are. - Employees are not being valued or paid based on their skillsets or experience all are being underpaid below the market rate. - Less opportunities for growth and no compensations were released on time, Cycle ends in first quarter but then again none of the employees were paid a hike to this date. Even if there is a hike the highest it can go is up to 3% even though they say they are gonna give from 7% - 15% in front of the whole world. - An epitome of labor exploitation. - ZERO work-life balance you might as well get a call at midnight and will be asked to present a meeting if not your performance ratings get affected. - Could be a Top Employer / Great Place to Work to market the brand with awards but this is the "WORST PLACE TO WORK". If you are looking for a place to grow then this isn't one!
