      Pros

      If you have newly joined HCL, you will be given appropriate training from various employees before you get into any of the project.

      Cons

      Not a good company to continue for long time because of the politics in the company. People are not vey helpful and even the HRs are just not supportive. You will not get the desired location and they will just make you work like a donkey with no celebrations and events to engage employee.
