      There are no pros to working here. Especially if you aren't of the right caste/ethnicity/gender.

      Cons

      Imagine working as a woman of color in the USA in 1900. That's what it was like as an American at this company in 2021. I witnessed so much BLATANT SEXISM as well as bias against any Americans at this company. Avoid them unless you REALLY need a job. Leave at the first opportunity of anything better.
