      You get to deep dive into a lot of projects as there is plenty of work. They don’t use any tools as they come at a cost hence will give you the opportunity to develop yours.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. No compensations for overtime. Impromptu meetings. Ad hoc tasks with shorter deadlines Over commitment to client. Poor company portal for logging work hours.
