      Good for freshers – strong training programs. Job security is decent, especially in support & infra roles. Work-life balance is okay in most projects. Flexible work culture in some teams.

      Cons

      Salary hikes are very low compared to market standards. Technology stack sometimes outdated (depends on project). Internal movement is slow and takes effort. Less focus on innovation or cutting-edge tech in service projects.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
