      Some of the clients are too good and they they provide all career growth opportunities. The level of responsiblity is good

      Cons

      They always think about business and billing and don't care about employees self growth. If you get a good client, then you are lucky otherwise work sucks. Pay is too less and they will never revise ur salary unless u decide to move out
