We sincerely appreciate hearing that our communication efforts made a positive impact on your employee experience. We also appreciate the insights on the overtime spent by many of our employees. Our goal is to get all of our employees to a healthy work/life balance and we are continuing to re-evaluate and update some of our structures to move toward outcomes-based assessments, rather than time-based.
