HDFC Bank is very concerned about the job security of its employees and also provides them with facilities in terms of loans and insurance.
Cons
The bank should think a little about the salary of the employees who have been working with the bank for many years. Another one is bank doesn't have retaintion process for their employees who work for more than 5 to 10 years which is very wrong.
