1. VISIT THE OFFICE BEFORE YOU WANT TO JOIN THEN YOU WILL DEFINITELY REJECT THE OFFER. The reason being fish markets are 1000 times better than this working environment. 2. They should mentioned in mentioned working hours are 365*24*7 in the offer letter. 3. No leaves allowed to take. 4 . READY TO WORK ON ALL WEEKENDS INCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS WITHOUT COMPOFFS 5. ASKING FOR COMPOFF IS A SIGN. 6. PATHETIC LEAVE POLICY 7. You have to use your personal mobile network for office purpose most of the times. 8. Annual hikes are peanuts 1 to 2% 9. Salary structure is very bad 10. Ready to go to office on Saturday and Sunday. Managers will lock you in a room and ask you to leave at midnight if you complete work. If work is delayed ready stay in office whole night. 11. They hire vendor employees without interview, this tells how many people are ready to join this pathetic organization
