There were no positive aspects of this job. Owner and office staff are terrible people to work for.
Cons
They will harass you into selling your family and friends into one of the companies retirement accounts so they can sit back and collect the service fees. Also, I was publicly shamed about my suggestion of not using styrofoam coffee cups because they are so destructive to the environment. Owner is extremely cheap and proud of it.
