Pros
There would have been some interesting projects if MD did not insist in interfering in technical matters he does not understand. Could be a good company if only talented engineers were allowed to engineer.
Cons
No praise and recognition. Continual promises of bonus payments to cover massive hours required to rescue miss bid projects that never appear. Poor management structure. Unreasonable expectation that employees should put everything else on hold for the benefit of the company. Left me needing treatment for PTSD
