My name is Kate Wood and I started as Chief People Officer for HKA in April 2020. I am very sad to read this April 2019 post on Glassdoor and despite the time difference, this post is important and deserves a reply. At HKA, if any complaint was made about anyone’s behaviour we would conduct an independent and thorough investigation. We would then review the findings and put in place any appropriate actions including development or, if appropriate, disciplinary action, including dismissal. We continue to make improvements regarding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within HKA. From my experience to date, HKA does employ brilliant women and brilliant men and together we continue to grow HKA while ensuring, regardless of any diversity characteristics, everyone has an equal opportunity and is treated with respect.
