They offer visas to people (i wasn't one of them) They have friday drinks The salaries have a sharp increase (though start very low, so if you are more experienced you can get a high one) Students can have 0 hour contracts, which is better than having interns
Cons
Major toxicity This is the place where some people with barely any social skills can work 10 years and shout at you Long hours and it is weird if you go home at 5-6
