      You cannot trust anyone in the workplace. Very toxic work environment, you’re more likely to get on more with prisoners than you are officers.

      Good professional team to work with, experienced colleagues to use as reference. Decent working hours and opportunities to develop your career.

      Cons

      Wages have effectively been reduced, Staffing levels lowered to dangerous levels, more work load expected for a lot less money, Poor quality made uniforms.
