Pros

High salaries, people are considerate and take time to help each other out. Good scope for career progress if you network and make yoursaelf visible in the company.

Cons

The beauraucracy slows the pace of work significantly and often the managers are not very concerned about the growth in knwoledge and skills sets of employees
