      Pros

      Scrappy, finish the sale, good at pleasing some high-profile clients.

      Cons

      Operations hamstrung by size of facilities, spendthrift management looking to raise valuation of company for possible sale... will eventually be someone else's problem. Middle management often gets stuck doing things a certain way... not necessarily the right way. IT Dept. resistant to changes.

      Pros

      Owners Cathy and Craig Boswell genuinely care about the people there. It is a good place to work and grow.

      Cons

      I was the first remote employee and it was difficult for me to work that way. Its not a reflection of the company but more of the business structure and me.
