      Pros

      Good pay... in exchange for your soul. But that's all there is, pay. No benefits whatsoever

      Cons

      - owner thinks too highly of themselves. can talk for hours, so self-absorbed - racists - some people work for 6 days, and some even work for 8 days straight before getting an off - management does not listen to any feedback, they pretend they do but will do nothing

      Pros

      Experience and remote. That's all.

      Cons

      Where do I start? This company has a huge management problem and poor leadership. They will ask you to perform the work of 2 or 3 people for half the pay. When you try to give constructive criticism they will tell you that they're perfect and you're the problem. They are so self-absorbed and think way too high on themselves that won't accept any suggestions.
