Pros
Very giving owner...generous with the benefits. Company very supportive of many causes. Great people to work with. Offer many classes that are taught on site to by Holt Developmental Services.
Cons
Management runs the company into the ground with over spending, therefore many have been laid off. Men tend to be threatened by Women who work there if they know a little more than they do. Filthy language from certain managers and supervisors and if you report it to HR you might as well plain on not being there much longer.
