      Pros

      -Unlike big companies, you are not a number, but an actual employee were the CEO knows your name, treats you well and makes you feel welcome -Great familiar sensation. Everyone helps everyone and the atmosphere couldn't really get better -Tough work, but there are always people to help. -Being a small company, you get a high amount of responsibility, giving you more chartership points.

      Really value individualism and autonomy, good rapport, great support internally and with professional qualification, very supportive and respectful of flexible working and work/life balance.
