This company - and the E staff and managers who work for it - probably use the word “transparent” at least once a week. They pride themselves on being this ultra transparent company, which, in fact their transparency is actually just poor execution, inept management, failed organization, and a product that is limited in both its scope, capabilities and customer base.
This place tries so hard to be like something else and something that it’s not. My experience with multiple managers and the HR team is that they have little to no life or work experience to make them quality in their roles, which just adds to the dissolution.
They like to promise that roles are a stepping stone for something greater or a foot in the door, but then don’t give any advancement. The salary for certain roles is also below average and the lack of annual or COL raises is disappointing and a fail.
