No HR in HR Answers... - Administrative HR Answers Employee Review

The inside joke at the organization, is that there is no HR at HR Answers. This employer provides no tools for success. There is a huge lack of communication and zero transparency. If some one speaks their idea/opinion and it doesn't "fit" with the ideals of upper management, it will be held against them. There is blatant favoritism by management, and lack of respect for hard working team members who are valued by their peers and clients.
