      It's a great group of people to work with.

      Layoffs came out of nowhere. There is no job security. Benefits are very average.

      HRSoft is remote-friendly to employees.

      Cons

      Owned by the VC Bow River Capital. This group does not care about the employees at their individual companies, their performance, or their contributions, and will lay off employees at will without reason or advance notice.
