Pros
Rewarding work, good hours, holidays off, pays better than most fast-food or retail places, family-type atmosphere (could be a con for some)
Cons
Most peoples' skin can't handle being in the water for so many hours per day, so there's lots of skin issues. The place is filthy and falling apart; the humidity and salt water rust holes into the structure of the building. Not much room for career advancement, raises are insignificant and infrequent.
