      - cool and challenging projects to work on - usage of latest technology - freedom of implementation - lots of opportunity to learn and grow - friendly yet professional environment - real nice people around - free coffee and occasional lunch

      - no team building/outdoor activities so far - workplace becomes a bit noisy sometime

      Pros

      The ability to create and to have ownership over my position. I love being able to have a voice and to contribute proactively.

      Cons

      I don’t see anything at this point. I really enjoyed the company, the culture, and the technology.
