Pros
Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Team structure works well until management decide to move every one around again.
Cons
Management lack of direction and communication. Teams and colleagues left to flounder because they can't make up their minds. Having been taken over by an international 'investment company' it became increasingly impersonal, products abandoned and teams disbanded with no notice. Management all the way down to team leads became even more uncommunicative. Career progression is non-existent, training opportunities less available - available training time having to be spent on corporate courses and the technical training provider abandoned.
