      Employment is good. If you need a job take it. Don't steal, do a decent job, you can keep your job a long time. Lots of good people

      Cons

      Turnover is high - numbers don't lie. Poisonous culture. Lots of arrogance. Poor communication

      Pros

      Lot's of overtime especially in the winter months leading up to Christmas

      Cons

      Plant manager was very condescending, health benefits were very expensive , large turnover of work force, poor atmosphere.
