      This is a family owned company that has many long standing business relationships. They are an innovative company looking to promote new products.

      Cons

      The owner has given much control over to others. The pay was lower than regional standard. The benefits were okay but vacation time was low.

      Lot's of overtime especially in the winter months leading up to Christmas

      Cons

      Plant manager was very condescending, health benefits were very expensive , large turnover of work force, poor atmosphere.
