Pros
Your coworkers will be the only good thing about working here. My location had pretty decent people for the most part. There will always be people you don’t get along with, but the horrible experiences bring everyone just a little bit closer. You get free tea and a decent employee discount.
Cons
Management is horrible. The one manager we had was absolutely terrible and gossiped about employees, gossiped about the owners, and in general was a not great person. The owners were worse. Extremely cheap, to the point of not wanting us to promote deals we had because it would mean they lost money. Why are you having promotions then?? Owner hated everyone and was extremely snarky and unwelcoming. Nothing we did was ever right. Right next to a church so people would always leave Jesus stuff everywhere (they thought all of us needed god). Customers could be extremely rude, no matter what you did to make things work for them. (Had a customer complain about how small our store was. Did he think I built it?)
