Thanks for the feedback and review. It is disheartening to know that we failed to recognize the hard work you put in and we are aware that recognition is one of our most critical areas of improvement. There are many initiatives that we have introduced for improving recognition of employees and we will continue to push forward on those. Clearly your concerns are around being over worked , that led to no work life balance and recognition expected for the hard work you put in did not come your way either. It would really help if you could elaborate more on which team you belonged to and were any of these issues high-lighted to your concerned HR or manager. We definitely set aggressive targets for employees to reach their maximum potential and one thing we do strongly believe in, is to never restrict anyone to their role and you will be given challenging work and there are immense learning opportunities for all at HE. I assure that your feedback will be acted upon and we will put our best efforts to fix anything that is going wrong.

Pros

There is no cons working for this company. It's the worst experience anyone could ever have.

Cons

There are so many cons that it's difficult to list all of them. The CEO likes to roam around and tell others to do work. Absolutely has no skills. The CTO likes to roam around women, gives them stares and call them out regarding their relationship status in their monthly meetings called "All Hand" (which is again a huge waste of time) It's a poor experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
