Pros
The vision of crowdsourced security is great, and the top leadership and founders are amazing with passion, only the top leadership, not including VP levels.
Cons
VP level leadership lacks understanding of regional market and assumes HQ style applies everywhere, this makes sales and operations hard to accommodate. Legal sometimes is arrogant and don't understand local culture. There are also vicious and toxic individuals who try to steal credit from others' hard work and take advantage of leadership's limited visibility.
