Start up mentality so you have the capability to create your own processes. For the most part, good work life balance. Good benefits. You’ll learn a lot in this role.
Cons
You will wear many many hats. Leadership is involved which is great but has some downsides. Some days long working hours. Not much mobility internally to move up unless you want a manager role.
