Good but not-perfect products, flexible work hours.
Cons
The company is dominated by people who have no idea what the users want. C level people takes nonsense decisions and some of the team-leaders are just diplomatic "yes-man". As the competitors are rising, this company will downhill if some serious change in leadership is not made.
