      The people are often great and there is a real sense of community

      Some of the management are real sticklers for rules like dress codes and are not sympathetic when it comes to scheduling problems

      Pros

      Hackneys was my first summer job in high school and it quickly became an amazing work family! Great experience and lots of life lessons learned.

      Cons

      As per any serving job, it gets crazy hectic. It teaches you how to deal with high stress moments and upset customers
