      Awesome people Interesting technology in development Variation of challenges Rust programming language is a first class citizen

      Cons

      Cannot decide whether they're a startup or a corporation Process and technical burden (some aspects improved recently, but not enough) Long waiting times to get everything build, tested and delivered Engineers are too often not listened to about significant problems and impediments Not Agile in many aspects

      Pros

      Hadean has a great technology and people. The technology is cutting edge and positioned for a rapidly emerging space in the technology world. It feels like the wild wild west which I thrive in these types of environments.

      Cons

      If you're looking for structure, this may not be the place for you.
